Graduate students and faculty members from the dietetics program in the College of Health and Human Services Department of Applied Health Sciences are taking their knowledge to the streets with mobile kitchens. By performing food preparation demonstrations in the community, these Sycamores are helping people put a healthier spin on their favorite foods. While community members learn ways to include more fruits and vegetables into their diets, students and faculty members experience the value of community engagement.
