Kim Oliphant Smith didn’t land her position as president/CEO of Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Co. alone. Instead, she credits the experiences and education she was provided at Indiana State University with helping her climb the corporate ladder. She wasn’t just an active Sycamore while on campus as a student; she continues to be a highly involved alumna who served on the ISU Foundation board of directors and is a member of the Board of Trustees, positions that have allowed her to spread the word about State’s vast opportunities and diversity on campus.
