Rochelle Skaggs graduated from State in 2013 and now works as a project engineer at Carlson Construction. At State, she was involved in the Construction Club and worked on projects, like a handicap ramp at the American Red Cross in Terre Haute and participated in bid competitions in Chicago. Not only is Skaggs a female constructor but she has amniotic band syndrome which impacts both of her legs and hands. All in all, neither of these things have stopped her from achieving her goals or dreams she had since doodling houses and playing with Legos as a kid.
